Mark Williams, manager of Boswell Insurance Group, a full-service independent insurance agency in Athens, has been appointed as an adviser to both Donegal Insurance and Safeco Insurance's statewide advisory councils. In his position, Wiliams will act as a spokesperson for various other agents around the state and advise these companies as to market conditions, issues facing their agents, and other challenges facing agents and clients.
